Through the lenses of Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoraghi, at Ambrogio by Acquerello we offer different Tasting Menu Experiences, where we can accommodate several dietary restrictions and preferences, including but not limited to vegan, gluten free and dairy free. At the same time, we like to be flexible, and we are always ready to work with you with alternative dining options such as shorter tasting menus or “family style” experiences., in addition to non-alcoholic drinks, wine pairings and cocktails.
At Ambrogio by Acquerello, we offer three unique ambiances/rooms, all of which are very versatile: the Japanese Room (Indoor); the Front Patio (Covered and Heated); the Sycamore Deck (Outdoor, Heated)
JAPANESE ROOM
Our Japanese Room has been created by Italian Designer Stefania Sciomachen andfeatures Artwork from renowned Architect, Painter and former BVLGARI FashionDesigner Davide Pizzigoni. A romantic and stylish space inspired by the Japanese Opera: this room pays a tribute to the strong Asian influence in our cuisine.
The Sycamore Deck is a large outdoor patio located under a beautiful Giant Sycamore Tree, giving a strong European vibe where you can enjoy Chef Salmoiraghi’s creations while dining under the stars.
FRONT PATIO
On our Front Patio, your group can enjoy a unique dinner while watching our Chefs at work, in a casual yet cozy and elegant environment.
