Be part of our exclusive Chef’s Table culinary experience in our Private Kitchen Living Room!

This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and his team. It takes place in our Private Kitchen Living Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching the team at work.

THE EXPERIENCE

Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. 

We will host only one party per day, so we offer the option to book your starting time anytime between 5PM and 8PM, the dinner will take approximately 3 hours.

WINE PAIRING

We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. Due to the exclusivity of this experience, kindly do not allow corkage.

  • To better accommodate your culinary experience, we gently require a 48-hour notice for allergies and dietary restrictions. 
  • A full vegan menu is available only upon request.
